To get from Intermountain Health Saint Joseph Hospital to Family and Friends Homecare at 245 S Benton St, Lakewood, CO 80226, start by heading west toward E 19th Ave and then turn right onto E 19th Ave. At the first cross street, turn left onto N Downing St and then use any lane to turn right onto E 18th Ave. Continue for 0.7 miles and use the left two lanes to turn slightly left toward N Broadway. Turn left onto N Broadway and drive for about 1.1 miles before turning right onto W 8th Ave. After 0.6 miles, use the middle three lanes to turn left onto Kalamath St.
Next, continue onto W 6th Ave/6th Ave Freeway and use the right three lanes to merge onto US-6 W/W 6th Ave Freeway. Drive for about 1.9 miles and take the CO-95/Sheridan Blvd exit. Turn left onto CO-95 S/Sheridan Blvd, passing Taco Bell on your right after approximately 0.9 miles.
Finally, turn right onto W Alameda Ave and then make another right onto S Benton St. After about 259 feet, turn left, and your destination will be on the right-hand side.
