To get from the Foothills Hospital Emergency Department in Boulder to Family and Friends Homecare in Lakewood, begin by heading toward Riverbend Road and using the left three lanes to turn left onto Foothills Parkway. Follow the parkway for nearly two miles, then use any lane to take the ramp onto US-36 E. Continue on US-36 E for about 16.5 miles before using the left lane to merge onto I-25 S. Stay on I-25 S for nearly nine miles, keeping in mind that parts of this road may have closures during late-night or early-morning hours.
Next, use the right two lanes to take exit 209B toward Lakewood, which will allow you to merge onto US-6 W. Shortly after, take the CO-95/Sheridan Blvd exit and turn left onto CO-95 S/Sheridan Blvd. You will pass a Taco Bell on your right after about a mile; immediately following that, turn right onto W Alameda Ave. Make a quick right onto S Benton St, then turn left. Your destination at 245 S Benton St will be on the right.
