After 3.9 miles, take the ramp on the right onto I-25 South.
Stay on I-25 South for 33.5 miles. Then, use the right two lanes to take exit 209B toward Lakewood. Merge onto US-6 West and continue for 0.7 miles before taking the CO-95/Sheridan Boulevard exit. Turn left onto CO-95 South/Sheridan Boulevard and continue for 1 mile, passing Taco Bell on your right. Turn right onto W Alameda Avenue, then make another right onto S Benton Street. After 259 feet, make a final left turn; the destination, Family and Friends Homecare, will be on your right.
